Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However you re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused conditions, with all the original tags and label attached.
Return Process
To return an item please email customer service at support@easemystudy.in to obtain a return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
Refunds
After receiving your returns and inspecting the condition of your item, we well process your return of exchange. You will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refund of amount will be in in your account after refund initiation message within 3 to 5 working days.

For defective or damaged products, Please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Cancellation Policy
If your are not satisfied or don’t like our service offered and want to cancel the course purchased you have the option to return within 3 days of purchase. A full refund will be provided.
Our best effort is to made course content available to you regularly on time but due to some unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disaster if the course content is not available to you in the said duration of course you can initiate refund as per our refund policy. A full refund will be provided if service is not provided by us in normal circumstances.
If you don’t use our service after purchase no refund will be issued after refund period is over.
